Deb moved to California in 2012 from a small town in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, known for NASCAR racing and Moonshine. Starting as Controller, President and now owner.
Deb enjoys playing with her dog, Rip, a very active Blue Heeler and spending time with her kids in Mesa Arizona and Tampa Florida.

Mike Pigeon - Director of Operations / Vice President
Mike Pigeon has been the VP and operations manager of floor connection since March 2020, however he has been involved with this company for over 23 years through many facets. He has 35 years in the industry from installation, project management, manufacture tech and now back as operations and VP. Mike has strived to make Floor Connection the go-to commercial flooring company on the Central Coast by staying involved with leading associations that stay on top of the technology and business aspect of our industry.

Ryan Rayman - Soft Floor
Ryan has 17 years of experience in the flooring industry, Ryan brings a wealth of expertise in the trade and a deep understanding of industry trends. His extensive background includes working on projects in hospitality, education, tenant improvements, and clean rooms, showcasing his ability to handle diverse and specialized flooring needs.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending quality time with his family and dogs and is passionate about outdoor activities, including playing basketball and cooking up delicious meals

Darrell McClure - Coordinator
Darrell brings more than 20 years of multi-faceted trade experience to our team. He now uses his background in sales, marketing and application in commercial construction to serve as our estimating coordinator. His free time is spent as an aspiring home chef and working in his wood shop.

Ashley McCaffrey - Project Coordinator
Ashley joined Floor Connection in 2019 as a warehouse operator and now serves as a Project Coordinator. She also fulfills certain administrative duties that bookend each project and as such is a valued asset to the Floor Connection team.
She is an avid Baltimore Ravens fan, and in her spare time endeavors to add to her mastery of the culinary arts. She also enjoys spending time camping and playing outdoors with her husband and two children.

Bryan Ratkay - Senior Project Manager
Bryan brings extensive experience in commercial flooring, with a strong background in estimating, project management, project coordination, and working closely with general contractors, clients, vendors, and installation teams. His hands-on approach and attention to detail allow him to guide projects from initial estimating through installation and completion while building strong, lasting relationships along the way.
Throughout his career, Bryan has managed a wide variety of commercial flooring projects and understands the importance of communication, organization, and following through on every detail. He is excited to be back with the Floor Connection team and looks forward to helping continue the company’s reputation for quality work and service throughout the Central Coast. Outside of work, Bryan enjoys yoga, sound healing, being outdoors, kayaking, and staying active in his community.
